You’re getting a lot of things right: You’re doing the hard work of managing hundreds of students across multiple grade levels, diligently seeking new ideas, and attempting to align curriculum standards.
But… the isolation is draining, and despite your best efforts, the burnout is making it nearly impossible to summon the energy needed to tackle curriculum overload and persistent behavior management challenges.
Elementary music is far more than just singing and playing games. It's demanding work.
That's why trading the irrelevant PD for powerful, content-specific knowledge requires a real plan, not just waiting for motivation or endlessly searching ideas online.
Maybe right now you….
Are battling curriculum overload and struggling to find a clear, standards-aligned path for the rest of the semester.
Are experiencing Isolation, often feeling like the only teacher dealing with these unique, K-5 challenges.
See your passion drained by burnout caused by inadequate prep time and the pressure of large classes.
Are exhausted by persistent behavior management challenges that steal precious minutes from making music.
There’s a better way.
Gain practical skills, innovative lesson ideas, and specialized strategies to conquer behavior management and revitalize your curriculum.
Join us for Elementary Music Summit® to learn from more than 30 elementary music experts about actionable skills to implement new teaching strategies, access concrete lesson ideas that minimize curriculum planning burnout, and make this school year your best one yet.

MEET YOUR HOST
Hi, I’m Bryson!
I’m on a mission to make content-specific professional development accessible to music educators everywhere. As a former preK-6th grade general music teacher turned full-time instructional coach, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find your footing in the classroom, especially when you realize that undergrad didn’t cover everything you need to succeed. That’s why I created the Elementary Music Summit® – a space where we can come together to gain practical skills, share ideas, and build a supportive community.
I bring both formal training and real-world experience to this event. During my time in the classroom and early in my career as part of an elementary intervention team, I developed a deep commitment to creating inclusive, sensory-friendly, and engaging learning environments. Now, through my work at That Music Teacher, I’m thrilled to support other educators in making a lasting impact in their classrooms. Let’s learn and grow together!
Grab your ticket and join me and 30+ elementary music experts for a one-of-a-kind event that will help you make the rest of this school year your best yet.
I can’t wait to see you there!
