I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find your footing in the music classroom.
As a former PreK-6th grade general music teacher, I spent countless hours outside of contract time trying to create engaging lessons from scratch. It was exhausting, and I often felt like I was constantly falling behind. I was on a mission to find a way to create a curriculum that worked for me and my students without sacrificing my nights and weekends.
That's when I developed a systematic way to implement the Repertoire-Based Curriculum Framework. It completely transformed my teaching. I was able to streamline my lesson planning and create a curriculum that was more engaging for my students, all while reclaiming my personal time. Since then, I've been on a mission to make content-specific professional development accessible to music educators everywhere.

If you're an elementary music teacher who's curious about creating a more systematic lesson-planning process, this event is for you! We'll be specifically focusing on helping you get your nights and weekends back, but anyone else who wants to learn more about the Repertoire-Based Curriculum Framework is welcome to join us.

The challenge runs from November 3rd-6th, 2025, with live sessions happening at 8pm Eastern each day. You'll also be able to join our exclusive community as soon as you register, so you can join in on the fun right away!

While I recommend that you join live to make progress alongside others and have the chance to ask questions, you will have access to replays for 24 hours. We'll re-release the recordings on Friday for "Replay Weekend," and replays will expire forever at the end of the day Monday following the challenge.

Each live training will be around 15 minutes long, with the final training on November 6th lasting about an hour. Since the purpose of this event is to make real progress, I also recommend setting aside some time afterward to take action on what you'll learn.
